About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Lead & Account Executive to help drive new business growth and expand our enterprise client relationships.

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with the potential to transition into a long-term full-time role based on performance, business growth, and mutual fit.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales qualified who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships, generate pipeline, and manage enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience selling IT Services, Software Development, Quality Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.





Experience selling India-based technology and delivery services to clients in the US and other international marketswill be highly preferred.

You will work directly with company leadership, technical teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate our technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Core Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth – 70%
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospect identification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, industry relationships, partnerships, and account-based selling.
- Generate net-new client opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
- Identify technology services, consulting, implementation, managed services, and staffing opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CD
