About the Role

We are looking for a creative, active, and responsible Marketing Assistant to support our

marketing and business development activities. The candidate will assist in content creation,

social media management, campaign coordination, lead support, market research, and

day-to-day marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Content Executive
- Plan, create, and manage all social media content through a structured content calendar, while also designing project brochures,



marketing creatives, promotional materials, and other required brand assets.
- Independently visit project sites, handle complete video shoots, and turn the footage into professionally edited short-form videos, long-form videos, reels, walkthroughs, promotional content, and ad creatives using manual editing software.
- Support in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
- Video Editing – Mandatory: Must be able to independently edit professional short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- AI Video Editing – Mandatory: Must know how to use AI-based video editing and content creation tools to improve videos, generate/edit visuals, add effects, captions, transitions, backgrounds, and create engaging social media content efficiently.
