Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Legal & Compliance Professional to manage corporate compliance, legal documentation, governance activities, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge and be comfortable using AI tools to improve research, documentation, drafting, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day corporate legal and statutory compliance.
- Handle MCA/ROC filings, statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, General Meetings, agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Draft and review legal agreements, notices, letters, policies, and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and monitor changes in applicable laws.
- Support corporate governance and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external legal counsel, auditors,



consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
- Identify legal/compliance risks and support management in implementing appropriate measures.
- Assist with corporate transactions, contracts, due diligence, and other legal matters as required.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or similar platforms for legal research, document summarization, drafting assistance, compliance tracking, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Ensure that AI-generated outputs are reviewed and validated for legal accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance before use.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- LL.B. is mandatory.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, corporate secretarial, or corporate law functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, statutory compliance, and legal documentation.
- Positive drafting
