Business Development Intern

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Duration: 3–6 months

Full-time offer: High performers are considered for a full-time BD Executive role

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you'll sit at the top of our sales funnel. You'll research brands, build prospect lists, write outreach emails, follow up, and help move conversations forward — working directly with the BD team and the founders.

This is a learning-by-doing role.



You won't be shadowing from the sidelines: you'll own real outreach campaigns, join live client calls, and see exactly how a pitch turns into a signed campaign. No prior sales experience is required — curiosity, communication, and consistency matter far more.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Lead Generation
- Research brands, founders, marketing managers, and decision-makers relevant to our services.
- Build qualified B2B lead lists using Apollo.Io, LinkedIn, company websites, and other tools (we'll train you on these).
- Create targeted outreach lists sorted by industry, campaign type, and business requirement.
- Build and maintain clean prospect databases in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Outreach & Communication
- Draft personalized, creative cold emails and send them through Gmail.
- Run outreach campaigns and maintain disciplined follow-up schedules.
- Support LinkedIn outreach and inbound lead respo
