Wellversed is hiring for a People Operations Specialist to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the People Operations qualified to have a strong understanding of payroll operations, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, documentation, and employee support functions.

Responsibilities

- Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and arrears.
/n
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS management, and background verification.
/n
- Coordinate performance review cycles, confirmations, increments, and promotions.
/n
- Manage employee exits, clearances, full-and-final settlements, and exit documentation.
/n
- Maintain HR policies, compliance records, SOPs, and statutory documentation.
/n
- Resolve employee queries and grievances within defined timelines.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist, or related roles.
/n
- Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management,



and HR documentation.
/n
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and employment regulations.
/n
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
/n
- Experience using HRMS and payroll software.
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
/n
- Strong communication skills.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to timelines and compliance requirements.
