About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, business development, and revenue growth for our water and wastewater treatment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in the water treatment industry, along with strong technical knowledge of WTP, ETP, STP, and water treatment chemicals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong sales qualified who enjoys client acquisition, site visits, solution selling, project sales, and closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and convert new B2B sales opportunities for WTP, ETP, and STP projects within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through direct prospecting, market development, referrals, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.




- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.

Technical Sales & Client Consultation
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand technical and operational requirements.
- Recommend suitable water treatment technologies, processes, equipment, and solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and provide technically and commercially viable solutions.

End-to-End Sales Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and order closure.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, consultants, MEP consultants, EPC contractors, project consultant
