Job Summary

The International Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's market reach on a global scale. This position requires expertise in cold calling, B2B sales, and outbound calling to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to identify and prospect potential clients in international markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and secure new business partnerships.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Train new agents on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct weekly training sessions to track agent performance and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B workplace.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
