We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to drive new customer acquisition and business growth for our Semiconductor Design Services business. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience selling semiconductor engineering services, ASIC/SoC design services, FPGA development, Design Verification, Embedded Software, or related engineering services to semiconductor companies, OEMs, system companies, and technology startups.
This is a hunter role requiring a proven ability to identify opportunities, open new accounts, build executive relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.





Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans.
Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and partner ecosystems.
Account Management
Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, procurement teams, and business executives.
Develop account plans to increase wallet share and customer engagement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Sales Management
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.
Prepare capability presentations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with delivery, engineering, legal, finance, and leadership teams during deal closure.
