Operations Executive

Location: Noida, India — Remote/Hybrid

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day sales, outreach, lead management, social media, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple workflows independently, maintaining accurate data, following processes consistently, and ensuring that important tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong ownership, coordination, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads, CRM records, databases, and operational trackers.
- Support lead generation, prospect research, and database building.
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Manage follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Handle post-conference activities, including updating lead data, organizing leads,



and coordinating follow-ups.
- Prepare relevant information, reports, and data for demo calls and sales activities.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling, and outreach activities.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and operational activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the team with online research, data management, reporting, and other operational requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, business operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools.
