Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients. The individual will work closely with the Co-founder and play a critical role in scaling the firm’s client portfolio, especially within emerging market segments.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive recent client acquisition and expand ABP’s footprint in emerging industries
* Build and leverage strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and top management stakeholders
* Identify and onboard retained search mandates
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates
* Represent ABP in the market with strong credibility and thought leadership
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
* Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
* Strong network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
* Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
* Strong communication, negotiatio
