Position Overview

/n

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to manage and supervise E&I; erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace), VD (Vacuum Degassing), IF (Induction Furnace), and CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) facilities within the Steel Melting Shop.

The role will be responsible for ensuring protected, timely, and quality execution of electrical and instrumentation works in line with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise electrical and instrumentation erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for LRF,



VD, IF, and CCM facilities.
/n
- Review electrical and instrumentation drawings, layouts, cable schedules, equipment specifications, and project requirements.
/n
- Coordinate installation of HT/LT systems, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, motors, drives, control panels, PLC/DCS systems, instrumentation, field devices, and associated cabling.
/n
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and site personnel.
/n
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, automation, production, commissioning, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers for technical and execution-related matters.
/n
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
/n
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and project specifications.
