This is a high-impact product design leadership opportunity focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences for financial products. You will own design initiatives from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, visual execution, and implementation. The role combines strategic thinking with deep hands-on UX/UI craft, giving you the opportunity to shape products used by millions of people. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to turn complex financial needs into straightforward, effective experiences. You will also influence design systems, accessibility standards, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions. As a senior design leader, you will mentor other designers and help raise the quality and consistency of product design across the organisation.

Accountabilities
Define and execute product design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and measurable product outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery, research, and problem definition through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final implementation.
Conduct advanced user research, interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions that improve usability, engagement, and business performance.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented to a high standard.
