What You Will Do *
Review different types of shop invoices for engine maintenance services included in our maintenance plan, ensuring the information is correct and aligned with contract requirements.
Create Sales Orders using engine utilization data to support the Finance team in revenue activities.
Update and maintain data across various internal systems and help prepare reports related to engine maintenance.
Contribute to process improvements and support digital initiatives by sharing ideas and helping streamline workflows.
Work closely with teams such as Business, Customer Management, Digital, Finance, and Cost Analysis to complete tasks smoothly and respond to contract data questions.
Assist with digital transformation efforts by using basic Power BI and SQL skills to improve data analysis and reporting.
