Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, effective digital experiences for global B2B workflows. This role involves working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions for interfaces and API-based products.
You’ll contribute creative problem-solving, evidence-based design, and a cooperative approach to building high-quality, scalable solutions.
In this role, you’ll
Lead end-to-end design delivery for key initiatives, from discovery to development readiness.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that align with brand and accessibility guidelines.
Simplify complex workflows into clear and consistent user experiences.
Incorporate user research and data insights into design solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the shared design system.
Actively participate in design critiques and knowledge sharing within the UX community.
Mentor and support junior designers as part of team development.




Explore and use emerging tools, including AI-enabled design solutions, while applying sound design judgment.
Your Profile
Typically 6+ years in UX design or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
Comfortable using design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite (or similar).
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to different audiences, including senior stakeholders.
Experience contributing to global, cross-functional projects.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS products; experience in the travel domain is a plus.
Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others.
Differentiator skills (nice to have)
Service design experience.
Experience designing API‑based or developer‑facing products.
Background in the travel or travel‑techn
