Accountabilities:
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather, analyze, clarify,



and document business requirements, ensuring alignment and obtaining appropriate sign-off.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and technical documentation that development and IT teams can effectively execute.
Assess the feasibility, dependencies, risks, and technical implications of proposed business requirements and solutions.
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design or recommend optimized process flows aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and industry best practices.
Conduct data analysis to identify transformation requirements, uncover insights, and support informed business decisions.
Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and other analytical outputs to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
