Accountabilities
Lead and support sourcing activities across software categories,



ensuring alignment with established category and procurement strategies.
Plan and execute end-to-end sourcing events, including requirements gathering, supplier evaluation, competitive analysis, and recommendation development.
Prepare and issue RFQs and RFPs, manage sourcing documentation and timelines, and ensure disciplined execution throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, analyze cost drivers and business data, and provide actionable recommendations to support sourcing decisions.
Support contract negotiations and risk mitigation activities in accordance with established procurement processes and requirements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs, facilitate supplier meetings, resolve issues, and support early-stage supplier engagement.
