You will own the full creative testing cycle, from developing hypotheses to launching ads, analyzing results, and iterating on winners.
The role combines strong visual design with performance marketing, requiring you to turn data into creative decisions.
You will create static, motion, and UGC-style advertising assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
You will work closely with performance marketing, user acquisition, creative, and product teams while bringing your own ideas to the table.
Your work will have a direct, measurable impact on acquisition and growth, while helping establish the broader performance creative playbook.

Accountabilities




Produce high-quality paid advertising creative across static, motion, and UGC-style formats for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant placements.
Own the creative testing pipeline end to end, including developing hypotheses, producing assets, launching tests, analyzing results, and iterating on successful concepts.
Translate performance metrics such as hook rate and click-through rate into actionable creative improvements and new concepts without relying solely on detailed briefs.
Use AI-powered image and video generation tools as part of the day-to-day production workflow and apply learnings to improve creative output.
Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines while adapting creative tone, messaging, composition, and formats to different audiences and advertising placements.
