Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong product-design experience who can independently manage the complete design lifecycle—from requirement understanding and user flows to final mockups, developer handoff, and implementation validation.
Key Responsibilities
Own UI/UX design activities from requirements to final implementation.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Teams, and stakeholders.
Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and drive design decisions.
Convert complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Maintain consistency across design systems, components, typography, spacing, and interactions.
Prepare developer-ready design specifications and support developer handoff.
Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX gaps before release.




Conduct usability reviews and identify accessibility, friction, and improvement areas.
Maintain reusable components, design systems, and design documentation.

Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
Strong knowledge of UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile/application interfaces.
Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Ability to justify design decisions based on user needs, business requirements, and usability.
Solid understanding of design systems, reusable components, responsive design, and developer handoff.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requirements.
Good to Have
Experience in SaaS, enterprise, workflow-heavy, or internal business applications.
