This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain software solutions that support critical risk and surveillance operations within a fast-paced iGaming setting.
You will take ownership of a back-office system used to support daily operational workflows and help improve its reliability and efficiency.
The position combines hands-on programming, debugging, database work, and problem-solving across large volumes of data.
You will collaborate closely with risk, surveillance, HR, and other teams to understand operational needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
A proactive mindset is essential, with an emphasis on identifying potential issues and resolving them before they affect business activities.

Accountabilities
Build, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot a back-office system supporting the daily activities of the Risk Department.
Develop efficient, reliable code to address technical challenges and resolve software issues effectively.
Write, modify, test, debug, and maintain software applications according to operational requirements and established standards.
Work closely with the Risk and Surveillance teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business and operational initiatives when required.
Proactively identify potential technical or operational problems and take appropriate action to prevent or resolve them.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, processes, and overall business activities through effective software development.
