As an HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment legislation, HR policies, and people practices across assigned countries. You will manage complex employee relations matters, support organizational change, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Overview




Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and employees to provide expert HR advice on employee relations, HR policies, and employment legislation.
Independently manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, capability, misconduct, absenteeism, restructures, redundancies, and terminations.
Ensure HR decisions are legally compliant, commercially balanced, and aligned with company policies.
Support Country Leads and act as deputy during periods of absence to ensure continuity of HR support.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Global Service Delivery, Centres of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver seamless HR services.
Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and organizational change programmes while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
