As a VRD, you'll work at the intersection of business, consumer research, marketing, e-commerce, and growth, helping build and scale new-age B2B and D2C ventures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Consumer Research

/n

/n
- Conduct market, competitor, category, and consumer research to identify new business opportunities
/n
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing, and competitive landscapes
/n
- Identify emerging categories, products, and consumer needs
/n

/n

Venture & Brand Building

/n

/n
- Support the development of new D2C and e-commerce brands from idea to launch
/n
- Assist in defining target audiences, value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
/n
- Work on product, SKU, pricing, and marketplace research
/n

/n

Growth & Marketing Execution

/n

/n
- Support performance marketing, CRM, marketplace, and customer acquisition initiatives
/n
- Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retentio
