This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within a commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
Overview
As a Quality Software Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and quality of our IT risk and compliance processes in ServiceNow by designing and executing test strategies across functional,



integration and non-functional areas. This role owns test planning, automation development, data validation, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA practices. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers and delivery leads, to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions. You should be ready to work independently as well as in a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, hands-on experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with test automation tools.
What you will do in this role
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for our ServiceNow applications
Create and maintain test cases, automation scripts, and test data using AutomatePro
Log, track and verify defects; collaborate with developers, product owners and business analysts to prioritize and resolve issues
