You will focus on hiring highly specialized professionals across Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, and analytics.
The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on recruiting execution.
You will build strong talent pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business and technical needs.
Your work will directly support organizational growth within a fast-paced, technology-driven consulting workplace.

Accountabilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S. and Canadian hiring, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing.
Source, identify, engage, and assess qualified candidates for specialized roles across Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, and analytics.
Develop and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs across multiple levels.
Partner closely with hiring managers and interview panels to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, calibrate selection processes, and maintain an efficient candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records and ensure recruitment activity and candidate feedback are properly documented.
