Work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business challenges and define appropriate approaches, analytical solutions, and system enhancements.
Gather, analyze, document, and communicate complex business requirements through interviews, workshops, work sessions, and other structured techniques.
Design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
Identify opportunities to improve business activities and processes, providing recommendations supported by sound analysis and judgment.
Develop business requirements documents, user stories, process documentation, and other materials required to support solution delivery.
