Job Purpose
The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering productive, compliant, and employee-focused HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. The role works closely with Global Service Delivery (GSD), HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (COEs), managers, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance the employee experience.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
Deliver high-quality HR operational support in accordance with agreed service standards and SLAs.
Adopt a service delivery and continuous improvement mindset to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.




Collaborate with Global Service Delivery (GSD) teams to transition suitable HR administrative activities into the shared services model.
Perform local HR administrative activities that cannot currently be transitioned to GSD while working towards standardization and future transition.
2. People Services Operating Model
Adhere to the People Services operating model, ensuring activities are performed within the appropriate teams and governance framework.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve productivity.
Support the implementation of standardized HR processes and best practices.
Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
3. Continuous Improvement & Proactive Problem Solving
Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
Escalate operational issues appropriately and recommend pr
