Accountabilities
Design, develop,



and implement customized solutions within the iCIMS platform to address business and recruitment requirements.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between iCIMS and third-party HR systems, including payroll, advantages, performance management, and HRIS platforms.
Develop and customize workflows, forms, templates, and other platform components to improve recruitment processes and user experience.
Gather and analyze technical requirements in collaboration with HR teams, IT stakeholders, and other business partners, translating them into effective solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs while ensuring reliable data exchange between systems.
Investigate and resolve platform and integration issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining stable recruitment operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and internal team members when required.
