Make a Difference
The Intern – Education & Training and Comprehensive Cleft Care will support the Programs team the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of Smile Train’s Education & Training initiatives and Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) across India. The intern will assist in program coordination, research, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and development of training materials.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating training workshops for healthcare professionals.
Coordinating fellowships and capacity-building initiatives.
Assist in developing and organizing training materials and resources.
Creating and maintaining evaluation tools.
Tracking records of training participants and outcomes.
Assist in coordinating Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) initiatives.
Assist in supporting CCC multidisciplinary services (feeding/nutrition, speech therapy, orthodontics).
Tracking and documenting CCC activities across partner hospitals.
Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and program updates.
Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing program data for CCC/training.
Assist in monitoring indicators, outputs, and impact metrics.
Assist in preparing analytical reports and dashboards.
