Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution:



getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

Most engineering leaders inherit someone else's org and spend years working around it. Here you build it: the teams, the bar, the pace a live product ships at. The founders decide what gets built. You decide how it gets built and who builds it, and in two years the product still looks the way you set it up to look.

What you'll own:
- The eight teams and everything they ship, across both apps and the web
- Jira, the sequence of the work, and what actually lands each week
- The technical standard, and the judgement calls that set it
- Hiring, growing and holding accountable every engineer here
- A direct line to the founders on how the product gets built

Must have:
- Seven years or more in engineering, and you have led teams that shipped products real people depended on
- You have run several teams in parallel, fifteen or more engineers r
