Role Summary
We are looking for a Finance Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the company’s finance and accounting function. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, statutory compliance,



cash-flow management, internal controls and financial planning, while partnering closely with management to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance across all financial activities
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
Prepare and review MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements and variance analysis to provide meaningful insights to management
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable regulatory requirements
Oversee accounts payable, receivables, collections, payments, banking operations and bank reconciliations
Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial commitments, ensuring effective utilization and planning of funds
