you will hold true ownership of the product lifecycle by bridging technical excellence with people leadership, serving as a proxy-product owner to cultivate an agile, high-performance culture across a dedicated engineering team.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Spearhead functional specifications, user stories, epics, and high-level designs for scalable web and cloud native native platforms.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, championing skill development, morale, and continuous agile improvements.
• Drive technical project management by estimating effort, managing deliverables, and ensuring system-wide issues are proactively resolved.
• Maintain a hands-on technical presence, contributing to code sections, performing reviews, and resolving complex design dependencies.
• Partner with architecture and cross-functional teams to align project execution with long-term organizational strategies.
