We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead our customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. In this role, you will own multi-channel campaigns designed to create, capture,



and convert qualified pipeline for our sales teams.
You will bridge the gap between marketing execution and sales velocity, partnering directly with Revenue Operations, Account Executives, and SDR leads to accelerate funnel conversion and maximize lifetime target account value.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, content syndication, webinars, and automated email sequences.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner closely with sales leads to execute tailored ABM strategies targeting our Target Account List (TAL) to increase enterprise deal velocity and win rates.
Sales & SDR Alignment: Build tight hand-off processes and SLAs with the sales team to ensure rapid lead follow-up, high conversion rates, and continuous feedback loops on lead quality.
