Role Description
As a Senior Copywriter (UGC & Performance Ads) at TRAOH, you own the voice and narrative for performance-driven UGC campaigns across digital channels. This is a hybrid role based in Noida, and you will be on set to execute shoots whenever the work demands it. You will research target audiences, write and refine scripts for UGC ads and surrogate IPs,
and turn brand briefs into creator-ready content quick. You will build hooks and angles that match how each platform's algorithm actually distributes content, direct frame-changing creative shifts instead of writing to a template, coordinate shoots and brief the DOP on set, and work closely with the post-production team so the edit serves the script. Day to day you will turn performance data into stronger hooks, maintain consistent brand tone across multiple clients, mentor junior writers, and help build the repeatable content systems that let us move at speed.
Qualifications
Proven history of content that measurably performed on organic social and on paid ads, with work you can show
Deep understanding of Meta and the broader ad ecosystem, including how distribution now keys off the creative itself, not just the audience
Ability to create hyper-engaging content and frame-changing creative directions that stop the sc
