Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience
Minimum 4 years in IT and pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure operating systems and business applications.
Apply software updates, security patches, and antivirus definitions.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and printer errors.
Fix network connectivity and internet access issues.




Escalate complex problems to higher-level engineering teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for user help requests via tickets, phone, or chat.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company hardware and software.
Skills
Ensure all computer systems follow GxP (Good Practice Quality Guidelines) and FDA rules like 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records.
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and data integrity rules (ALCOA+)
Core Competencies
Knowledge on pharmaceutical CSV validation assignments including implementation of recent systems, re-validation of existing computerized systems
