We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, starting in early October. The role is 20 hours per week and we can offer flexibility around how those hours are worked, making this a excellent opportunity for someone looking to fit their working hours around other commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working as part of our Finance team, you’ll help keep our purchase ledger running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and checking invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconciling supplier statements and helping to resolve queries
Preparing payments and supporting the team at month-end
Assisting with general finance administration and ad-hoc projects
