The portfolio consists of physical laboratory products - including molecular and microbiology assays, sample-preparation reagents, media, consumables, and scientific instruments.

We are building Avam differently: around the needs of the markets we serve rather than isolated product categories. Each Product Manager owns a defined application market and determines which products Avam should build, launch, prioritize, improve, and retire within that market.
The Chance
Avam Sciences is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap,
and performance of our Food & Beverage + Environmental portfolio.
This is not primarily a project-management or product-maintenance position. You will act as the business owner for your market: identifying unmet needs, evaluating opportunities, building investment cases, setting priorities, shaping pricing and positioning, and ensuring that the portfolio produces meaningful revenue, margin, and market growth.
You will work closely with customers, Sales, Product Specialists, Research and Development, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and executive leadership. While scientific teams determine how products can be developed, you will lead the decisions about what Avam should build, whom it should serve, why the opportunity matters, and how the product should succeed commercially.
