Job Purpose

Drive life insurance sales to unmapped clients across the region to meet clients’ protection and wealth needs. Manage the HSBC Sales Process end-to-end—from prospecting and needs analysis through solution recommendation, application-to-issuance follow-up, and post-sale servicing—while upholding high standards of suitability, conduct, and customer outcomes.
This is a specialist insurance sales role within International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB). Success is measured by individual sales performance and quality outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities

Own individual life insurance sales targets by sourcing and converting unmapped client opportunities across the region
Build and manage a disciplined pipeline across lead qualification, appointments, fact-finds, proposals, submissions, underwriting requirements and issuance
Perform protection gap analysis and recommend suit
