You will design user journeys that make sophisticated AI capabilities accessible, understandable, and engaging.
The position spans UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
Your work will influence how users interact with AI assistants, copilots, conversational interfaces, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.
You will also help establish scalable design patterns that support usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.

Accountabilities
Design intuitive, modern,



and user-centered experiences for AI-powered web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.
Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design conversational and AI-driven experiences, including chat interfaces, AI assistants, copilots, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.
Create effective interaction patterns for AI features such as prompting, generated responses, feedback, regeneration, editing, citations, confidence indicators, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Translate complex AI and machine learning capabilities into straightforward, accessible, and understandable user experiences.
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
