The focus of the Sales Specialist is to effectively represent the Grifols Biopharma portfolio within the assigned territory, build robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and achieve sales and market development objectives.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:





Execute territory business plans and leverage available resources to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts and KOLs to increase therapy awareness and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective territory coverage, provide regular sales forecasts and maintain accurate reporting through company systems.
Manage existing distributors and support the evaluation and onboarding of new partners when required.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, providing insights that support local business growth and strategy execution.
