Position: Manager- Leasing & Tenant Coordinator

Position Overview:

Leasing Manager to lead leasing initiatives for retail and commercial assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in retail leasing, brand acquisition, and commercial negotiations, along with established relationships across retail, F&B;, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, and service sectors.

This role requires a proactive professional who can identify leasing opportunities, engage prospective tenants, negotiate commercial terms,



and successfully close lease transactions while maximizing occupancy and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard suitable retail brands, F&B; outlets, entertainment operators, and service providers for commercial and retail projects.
• Generate new leasing leads through market outreach, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with national, regional, and emerging retail brands.
• Drive brand acquisition initiatives to enhance the tenant mix and project positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify leasing trends, brand expansion plans, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data and provide recommendations to optimize leasing strategies and occupancy levels.
