The Senior Associate HR Business Partner is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting with the application of corporate policies related to HR, organizational and employee advancement.

This role supports HR management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives and administers talent management and succession planning activities within the assigned business unit.

This role also supports the execution of all the programs developed by the relevant HR management team in the assigned stakeholder group.

Key responsibilities:
Provides HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members.
Facilitates the onboarding process for recent hires,



ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Handles and resolves employee relations issues, collaborating with HRBPs and HR leadership as needed.
Supports the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Supports the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Ensures compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, providing guidance to HRBPs and employees.
Prepares and presents HR reports and data analysis to HRBPs and business leaders.
Participates in HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team and other departments.
Supports employee engagement initiatives and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Assists in managing organizational change initiatives and communication with employees.
Utilizes HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes
