Title: Senior Associate – Data Engineering Developer
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation Development
Design and develop AI-powered applications and automation solutions using Python.
Build tools that improve developer productivity through code generation, documentation automation, testing assistance, and operational support.
Develop and support Generative AI use cases using LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and identify opportunities for practical adoption within AIS.
Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to implement AI solutions securely and responsibly.
Data Engineering & Reporting Solutions
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines supporting reporting and analytics platforms.
Develop automated reporting and data-processing solutions using Python, SQL, and enterprise reporting technologies.
Analyze and troubleshoot data quality, performance, and reporting issues.
Support modernization initiatives involving reporting platforms, cloud migration, and analytics solutions.




Create reusable frameworks and utilities that simplify report development and data processing activities.
Application Development
Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python and modern development frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and follow enterprise SDLC, security, and coding standards.
Contribute to CI/CD automation, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
Produce technical documentation and implementation artifacts.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
Partner with business and technology teams to understand reporting and data-related challenges.
Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development activities.
Support production implementations and resolve technical issues as needed.
Continuously explore current technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
