QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s & master’s degree
8 to 11 years’ experience in an Automotive environment
Strong background and understanding of employment laws,



labour relations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Excellent knowledge of employment policies, practices, and procedures.
