About You and the role
As an Accounting Specialist based in Navi Mumbai you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the company’s financial and tax records in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.



This position demands strong technical accounting and tax expertise and ability to apply accounting principles across financial and tax work processes while ensuring adherence to established functional business rules, accounting policies and internal controls. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and compliance activities, perform reconciliations, and conduct flux analysis to explain significant variances. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives driving efficiency and innovation. Your work directly impacts on the quality of financial and tax reporting and compliance, requiring attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strict adherence to company guidelines.
