Overview
THE ROLE:The Creative Operations Senior Manager is a global senior leadership role within Herbalife's global in-house Creative & Translation Services agency, responsible for the overall performance, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of the organization's global creative operations This position combines strategic program management with creative leadership to drive operational excellence, creative innovation, and business impact across multiple regions. The role oversees Project Managers as well as Creative Managers in India, Malaysia and China, leading the evolution of the agency's operating model while ensuring world-class creative execution, delivery excellence, and consistent global standards. Acting as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, this leader connects business priorities with creative solutions, develops high-performing global teams, and shapes the future capabilities of the agency.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Lead a global organization of Project Managers and Creative Managers across multiple regions, fostering collaboration, accountability,



and a high-performing culture focused on business impact.
Partner with global business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, translate business needs into integrated creative programs, and provide consultative leadership from planning through execution.
Provide strategic creative leadership across design, video, digital, and integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring every deliverable reflects Herbalife's brand standards while meeting business objectives.
Develop, implement, and continuously evolve the agency's operating model—including governance, workflows, project management methodologies, resource planning, service delivery, and operational standards—to improve scalability, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
