Job Description:
Position Summary:



Responsible for planning and delivering Phaco education and training programs within the assigned geography, building clinical knowledge and skills related to product and procedure.
Adheres to environmental policies and procedures and supports the department’s environmental objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver structured education on cataract surgery workflows, phaco techniques, and associated technologies to build clinical competence and surgeon confidence in performing Phaco.
Plan and deliver scientific education programs and workshops using simulations, drills, and supervised practice as appropriate, aligned to defined learning objectives and competency levels; track effectiveness through feedback and competency assessments.
Execute training plans across the assigned portfolio and ensure programs meet agreed learning outcomes (knowledge, skill, and confidence).
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather field insights,
