Join a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion project as a senior functional expert within the Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management workstream.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the transition from legacy ECC processes to contemporary S/4HANA Asset Management.
The position offers the opportunity to lead fit-gap assessments, functional design, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live activities.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams across MM, CO, QM, and EWM.
The environment is remote and offshore, with exposure to complex transformation initiatives and end-to-end SAP delivery.
Your expertise will directly contribute to a successful S/4HANA implementation, from initial analysis through cutover and hypercare.

Accountabilities:
Lead the SAP PM/EAM workstream throughout the ECC to S/4HANA conversion, ensuring functional scope, deliverables, and timelines are effectively managed.
Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and assess S/4HANA simplifications, functional changes, and business-process impacts.
Design, configure, and validate SAP PM/EAM processes, including functional locations, equipment, maintenance orders, notifications, maintenance plans, and task lists.
Support PM master data migration using relevant SAP migration tools and ensure data quality and business readiness.
Define requirements and work closely with ABAP teams on RICEFW developments, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits, including preparation of functional specifications.
Lead functional testing, defect resolution, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
