As SAN Automotive continues to grow, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who can help drive execution, improve coordination, and ensure operational discipline across the Pali Plant.
This is not a conventional administrative role. It is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, working closely with senior leadership, and ensuring that decisions are translated into measurable action.
About the Role




The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director and Plant Leadership to improve execution, coordination, and accountability across departments.
The role requires someone who can independently manage follow-ups, coordinate cross-functional activities, prepare presentations and reports, track key action items, organize meetings, and ensure projects move forward on time.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, technology-driven, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily priorities.
Prepare agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action points until closure.
Draft professional emails, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
Conduct research for customers, suppliers, competitors, and current business opportunities.
Prepare management dashboards and weekly status reports.
