Manpower Management – Allocate operators/workers effectively and manage shift attendance.
Machine & Process Knowledge – Understand production machines, processes, and operating parameters.
Quality Control – Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
Safety Management – Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE.
Problem Solving – Quickly identify and resolve production, machine, and process problems.
Team Leadership – Motivate, guide, and coordinate operators and technicians.
Communication Skills – Clearly communicate instructions and shift requirements.
5S & Housekeeping – Maintain workplace organisation,



cleanliness, and discipline.
Downtime Management – Monitor machine breakdowns and minimise production losses.
Production Reporting – Maintain shift production, rejection, downtime, and manpower reports.
Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Time Management – Prioritise activities to meet production schedules.
Basic Computer Skills – Excel, ERP, production reporting, and data entry.
KRA Monitoring – Track OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and target achievement.
