- Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests, ensuring structured intake, clear briefings, and production readiness.n
- Review and validate incoming requests before production, ensuring completeness, clarity, defined deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.n
- Assess project scope, complexity, timelines, and resource requirements to enable realistic planning and productive execution.n
- Plan and assign work to appropriate resources based on required skills, priorities, and capacity.n
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including task management, progress tracking, feedback loops, approvals, and final delivery.n
- Proactively manage risks and bottlenecks, stepping in when timelines are at risk, priorities shift, or additional alignment is required.n
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across Business Partners, the Creative Team, and relevant stakeholders.n
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in the project management tool to ensure full visibility of progress, priorities,



and workload.n
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across functions.n
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.n

nYour Qualifications:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.n
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing project management, or a similar role within a creative agency or marketing departmentn
- Strong project management, creative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesn
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders in an international organizationn
- Proactive, open and highly organized, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and drive collaborationn
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g ClickUp or similar) and Adobe Creative Cloudn
