Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
- 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Robust understanding of lateral hiring processes and volume hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
